聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种半晶态铁电聚合物, 目前,已测得PVDF的晶型有5种。相、β相、γ相、ε
相及ρ相。各种晶体结构的生成取决于加工条件,在一定条件(如拉伸、极化、浇注等处理方法)下,这些晶相
之间可以互相转变。α相是5种晶型中能量低,稳定的结构,PVDF由液态缓慢冷却或由溶液流延形成薄
膜时,通常都形成α相。经过拉伸、电极化后形成的日相PVDF显示出强的压电、热释电性质。PVDF具有较
宽的工作温度范围,其体电阻高、质量轻、柔顺性好,且机械强度高、频响宽。
