PA-66 - 制法

单体制备(1)苯酚法  苯酚加氢生成环己醇,再用硝酸氧化制成己二酸。己二酸氨化脱水生成己二氰,再加氢生成己二胺。(2)环己烷氧化法  环己烷经空气氧化生成环己醇和环己酮的混合物,再用硝酸氧化生成己二酸(也有采用环己烷一步氧化生成己二酸的方法)。用于苯酚法相同的过程由己二酸制成己二胺。(3)丁二烯法  丁二烯氯化生成二氯丁烯,经氰化生成二氰基丁烯,再加氰生成己二氰。己二氰氧化生成己二胺。己二酸可通过前两种方法制成。(4)丙烯腈电解法  丙烯腈电解还原二聚生成己二腈,再加氢生成己二胺。(5)己二醇法  环己烷氧化生成环己醇和环己酮,经分离后,将环己醇脱氢制成环己酮,将它用guocusuan氧化生成己内酯,再氢化生成己二醇。己二醇经氨化生成己二胺。

缩聚  将等物质的量的比的己二酸与己二胺在乙醇中于60℃中和成尼龙66盐。尼龙66盐于280℃,1.76~1.96MPa压力下缩聚,即得到尼龙66树脂。亦可将己二酸与己二胺以等物质的量的比在水溶液中直接缩聚生成尼龙66树脂。
