成型性能:
1、无定形料，吸湿小，但宜干燥后成型。
2、流动性介于ABS和PC之间，凝固快，收缩小，易分解，选用较高的注射压力和注射速度。模温取100-
150度。主流道锥度应大，流道应短。
应用范围一般可应用于制造PPS管、PPS板材等材料，多用于建筑、家居方面。
(1)汽车工业:PPS用于汽车工业占45%左右，主要用于汽车功能件，点火器，加热器，温控器，灯座，轴
承;如可代替金属制作排气筒循环阀及水泵叶轮，气动信号调解器等。
(2)机械工业:用于壳体、结构件、耐磨件及密封材料，具体有泵体、阀门、轴承、轴承支架、活塞环及齿
轮等。
(3)纺织纤维:用于特殊工业除尘设备。
(4)薄膜/绝缘纸:用于电机绝缘材料。
